Catalyst Program

As a petrotechnical college graduate, you enter into a structured training program within your first year, to accelerate technical and business acumen and to gain field exposure.

You are also included in the Catalyst Program to gain experience through diverse assignments during your first five years with the company. Each assignment provides the opportunity to support one of our high value assets actively contribute to the team's deliverables, identify your strengths and expand your career options.
